WHAT IS THE Apollo FIM SOLUTION?
A CENTER CALLED “IBOR”.
The Apollo FIM solution is aimed at companies offering UCITS, mutual funds or alternative funds. Its main characteristic is that it is structure around "IBOR" center comprising many aspects as illustrated in the figure below.
In addition, the Apollo IBOR supports the entire asset management circle, starting from the broker to the regulator, the custodian and the valuator in charge for accounting of funds. These operations then make it possible to build reference data over the process (Referential, Positions, Transactions).
THE DIFFERENT MODULES.
Having seen the core of the platform, it should be noted that it also comes with four other modules, each equipped with its own features.
The first module is associated with the placing and generation of orders. In this module, many algorithms are created for order preparation such as: order composition and size objective, duration modeling, rebalancing functions via model portfolios, or the rolling of futures. All asset classes such as securities, forex, deposits, swaps, structured products and even hedge funds are considered and managed. All types of orders are managed: block or single orders. Finally, internal routing (by negotiation tables) or external routing (through standard protocols such as FIX) are supported when placing orders.
The second module deals with compliance. In other words, it allows “pre trade” or “post trade” control, workflow on constraints not respected, a full audit trail as well as regulatory kits for all European and international regulations (UCITS, OEIC, MMF, New Investment Law…).
The third module is based on performance and reporting. Thanks to external performance measurements (TWR, CWR, etc.), Apollo provides computing solutions to monitor fund performance. More precisely, we produce risk-adjusted performance indicators (Sharp, Tracking error,…), and risk indicators (Volatility, VAR Cornish Fisher, Sortino,…). With full access to the entire data dictionary, our solutions can calculate attribution and performance measurement and automate the generation of rich fund plates that highlight fund performances.
Last but not least, the fourth module includes the Business Intelligencepart. This functionality offers the possibility of producing reports for clients considering the segmentation of portfolios, the history of allocations, the referential completeness and finally the crossing of assets by portfolios. In addition, our Business Intelligence module offers an architecture centered around Microsoft “Power BI”, either hosted or not in ATOS data centers, as well as assistance for modeling, measurements, KPIs, visualizations and much more.
